Giveaway Official Rules

Effective Date: October 17, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern every giveaway (each, a "Giveaway") run on Livonia Thrive by Logols LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the "Sponsor"). Each Giveaway's own page states what is being given away and is part of these rules. Where a Giveaway page and these rules disagree, these rules control. By entering, you accept these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on every matter relating to a Giveaway.

1. Who May Enter

You may enter if you are at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States at the time of entry. Employees, officers and members of the Sponsor, and their immediate families and households, may not enter or win. A Giveaway page may narrow eligibility further — for example to residents of a particular city — and where it does, that narrower rule applies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

Entering is free. You need a Livonia Thrive account, which is also free to create. Open the Giveaway and select the entry button. That is the only way to enter: entries submitted by any other means, including by email, by mail or through any automated or scripted method, will not be accepted.

One entry per account, and one account per person. You may not enter a single Giveaway more than once. Using more than one account to enter the same Giveaway — including additional accounts created for that purpose — is grounds for disqualifying every entry involved, before or after a draw, and for forfeiting a prize already awarded.

3. Entry Period

Each Giveaway is open for entries while its page shows it as open, and closes when the Sponsor closes it. The Sponsor may close a Giveaway at any time. An entry is counted only once it is recorded by our systems; we are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not recorded for any reason, including a network or device failure.

4. How Winners Are Selected

Winners are selected at random by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries recorded for that Giveaway. A Giveaway with more than one prize is drawn once per prize, and nobody is drawn twice in the same Giveaway. The Sponsor may draw before or after entries close.

Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The entry count shown on a Giveaway page is the number of entries recorded at the time the page is loaded.

5. Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize

The Sponsor will contact a winner using the email address on their account, so keep it current — we have no other way to reach you. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, who declines a prize, or who turns out not to be eligible, forfeits the prize, and the Sponsor may draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

A winner may be asked to confirm their eligibility and identity before a prize is handed over. A prize may need to be collected in person from a named business or from the Sponsor.

6. Prizes

Each prize is exactly what the Giveaway page describes it as, and nothing more — no travel, delivery, tax, gratuity or other cost is included unless the page says so. A prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and no cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute one of equal or greater value. A prize supplied by a third party is subject to that third party's own terms, and the Sponsor is not responsible for its quality or for a business that closes, changes hands or stops honouring it.

Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility. Where the law requires it, the Sponsor may need a completed tax form before handing over a prize, and may report the prize to the tax authorities.

7. Publicity — What We Publish About Winners

When a Giveaway's winners are published, each winner is identified by their username only — the handle on their account — together with which prize they won and when they were drawn. We do not publish a winner's real name, email address or any other account detail. A winner who has not chosen a username is shown as "Entrant".

By entering, you agree to your username being published this way if you win. If you would rather it were not, change your username in your account settings before entering, or do not enter. A winner who wants their announcement removed after the fact should contact us at [email protected] and we will take it down, though we may not be able to recall it from anywhere it has already been shared.

8. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify an entry or a winner, and withhold or reclaim a prize, where it reasonably believes a person has entered more than once, used more than one account, misrepresented their eligibility, interfered with a Giveaway or another entrant, or broken the Terms of Service.

9. Privacy

An entry records which account entered and when, and nothing else. We use it to run the Giveaway and contact a winner. It is handled under our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it or pass it to a prize provider except as needed to hand over a prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from entering a Giveaway, from accepting or using a prize, or from any error, delay or failure in recording entries or running a draw. Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and Cancellation

The Sponsor may change these rules, or suspend, change or cancel any Giveaway, at any time — including where fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside its reasonable control affects the fairness or running of the Giveaway. If a Giveaway is cancelled after entries open, the Sponsor may draw from the eligible entries already received, or award no prize at all.

12. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute about a Giveaway is for the courts of the State of Michigan.

13. Sponsor

Each Giveaway is run by the Sponsor alone. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Google, Meta or any other platform through which you may have found it.
